About us

Founded in 1973, the BILLAT company, now PLASTIC BILLAT, has been developing expertise in the plastic injection moulding of technical, decorative and precision parts for the small and medium series markets for almost 50 years now. Through our BILLAT brand, we are currently the last company in France to manufacture automobile accessories.

Our team of 36 employees combined with a regularly renewed stock of thirty 25T to 320T injection presses, including 10 electric presses, operating round the clock six days a week, means that we can respond rapidly to our customer requests while maintaining outstanding quality and service. Our activity is located on a single site, which means we can carry out maintenance and fine-tuning in record time to meet deadlines.

Our experience in the automobile industry over the years, has allowed us to develop a very rigorous approach to the manufacture of complex and technical parts to ensure irreproachable quality.

Our main sectors of activity today are the automobile, food production, perfumery and paramedical industries.

We assist our customers in their projects by providing technical expertise for the design, creation and adjustment of injection moulds.

Our continuously renewed range of machines allow us to meet most needs. We can manufacture parts from less than one gramme to over 1 kg and from a few thousand to several million units.

To provide a complete offer (silkscreen printing, pad printing, hot stamping, packaging), we work closely with several local, French and European partners.
