About us
Founded in 1973, the BILLAT company, now PLASTIC BILLAT, has been developing expertise in the plastic injection moulding of technical, decorative, and precision parts for the small and medium series markets for almost 50 years. Through our BILLAT brand, we are currently the last company in France to manufacture automobile accessories.
Our team of 42 employees, combined with a regularly renewed stock of 32 injection presses ranging from 25T to 320T, including 10 electric presses, operating round the clock six days a week, enables us to respond rapidly to customer requests while maintaining outstanding quality and service. Our activity is located on a single site, which allows us to carry out maintenance and fine-tuning in record time to meet deadlines.
Over the years, the automotive industry has allowed us to develop a high level of precision in manufacturing technical and complex parts in order to achieve flawless quality.
Today, our main sectors of activity include automotive, food, perfumery, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, industry, construction, electricity, plumbing, and paramedical.
We support our clients in their projects by bringing our full technical expertise to the design, production, and fine-tuning of injection molds.
Our constantly updated machine fleet allows us to meet most requirements. We can manufacture parts ranging from less than 1 gram to over 1 kg, and in quantities from a few thousand to several million units.
The BAHO group has acquired SOCOPLAST, a manufacturer of plastic parts for various industrial sectors, to support our growth and ensure a continuous supply of parts to our clients.
Founded in 1984, SOCOPLAST specializes in manufacturing plastic parts by injection molding for the automotive, cosmetics, furniture, electricity, beekeeping, and other sectors. Now a sister company of PLASTIC BILLAT, SOCOPLAST strengthens the BAHO group’s position in the plastics industry.
With 13 injection molding machines ranging from 100T to 810T, SOCOPLAST can produce parts up to 1.3 kg. Its production site, located near Paris in Rambouillet (Yvelines), complements the group’s infrastructure.
SOCOPLAST is committed to providing plastic solutions tailored to the specific needs of its clients, by developing high-quality technical parts for various industries. This acquisition marks a key milestone in our development, reinforcing our position as a major player in the industry.
We work with several local, French, and European partners to offer a complete range of services (screen printing, pad printing, hot stamping, packaging).

January 1973
Établissements BILLAT was founded in Montreuil-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis) for the design and assembly of car mud flaps for mass retailing. The company employed 3 people.
Automobile Accessories Range
December 1980
Expansion of the Automobile Accessories range through the acquisition of plastic injection equipment.
SARL UNIS PLASTIC
December 1984
Acquisition of SARL UNIS PLASTIC, which manufactured end stops, cable glands, and insulating bushings for the industry.
Development of industrial ties with LAMOPLAST
September 1991
Acquisition of equity and development of industrial ties with LAMOPLAST in Cayeux-sur-Mer (Somme), which manufactures all plastic parts.
Construction of a new building
September 1999
Export sales represented 25% of our activity. A new 750 m² building was constructed on a 5500 m² plot in Cayeux-sur-Mer. The total production area was increased to 2500 m².
A new president
July 2010
Mr. BILLAT retired, and the company was transferred to Mr. Barès. Acquisition of LAMOPLAST, which became a 100% subsidiary of BILLAT.
Over 30 new products
February 2013
BILLAT enriched its catalogue with over 30 new products, developed new moulds, and acquired 3 injection presses.
PLASTIQUES KREPA
September 2013
BILLAT acquired LES PLASTIQUES KREPA, enabling it to enter the perfumery market by manufacturing caps for perfume bottles.
PLASTIC 2000
August 2017
BILLAT acquired PLASTICS 2000, a specialist in automobile and food product subcontracting.
Company merger
January 2018
Merger of PLASTICS 2000 and BILLAT, resulting in the birth of PLASTIC BILLAT.
Relocation to a new production site
March 2018
Relocation from Cayeux-sur-Mer (Somme) to Gamaches (Somme), with 1000 m² of storage space and 3400 m² of production area.

Acquisition of 3 new electric injection presses.

ISO-9001 Certification
PLASTIC BILLAT obtained ISO-9001 certification.

Acquisition of 3 new electric injection presses. We now have 30 injection presses, including 10 electric presses.
Acquisition of AOP
August 2023
PLASTIC BILLAT acquires AOP, a company specialized in the injection molding of plastic parts for the pharmaceutical, perfumery, and electrical sectors.
Acquisition of a New Production Site
May 2024
The BAHO Group, owner of PLASTIC BILLAT, acquires a new production site through the company SOCOPLAST, which specializes in injection molding of plastic parts for the pharmaceutical, perfumery, and electrical sectors.
The BAHO Group’s machine fleet now includes 45 injection molding presses ranging from 50T to 810T, including 12 electric presses.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Plastic is never a waste product at PLASTIC BILLAT. We have restructured how we consume through the use of bioplastics (biosourced and biodegradable plastics). As a result, all our injected products are 100% recyclable. We promote a circular economy by rigorously selecting our raw materials to obtain 100% recycled and 100% recyclable products. In addition, all waste is recycled during production. Surplus plastic material is reused according to a strict recycling procedure. Our aim is to ensure that the entire process (packaging, transport) is ecologically responsible.
